Itinerary:

- September 26th, 2026: Arrival and pickup
- Pickup at the Munich Airport
- We have 7 person shuttles waiting with reclining seats so you can recoup and relax as you travel the hour and a half journey from the airport to your five star accommodation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen Germany.
- Rest and orientation
- 5 Star accommodation in the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen with breakfast, heated outdoor pool, sauna, and spa.
- Hotel check in, rest, and then walking tour of Garmisch with stop at local Trachten store for shopping before dinner at Bavarian Beer Hall.
- Pickup at the Munich Airport
- Sept. 27th: First Day at the Oktoberfest
- Meet in the hotel lobby at 9:30 a.m. for departure to Munich by train. While on the train enjoy the rich history and stunning view of the Alps as we make our way to Bavaria’s best beer festival. Once at the festival we will take in the parade before heading to our reserved table at a major tent at the Oktoberfest. While there you worry about nothing as we take care of ordering, tipping, and all services as it is included in your trip! Once our reservation is over we make our way back to the hotel by train with a beer in hand.
- Sept. 28th: Neuschwanstein Castle Day Tour
- 10:00 a.m. we meet in the lobby of the hotel for our transportation to Neuschwanstein Castle and the Schwangau Brewery. On the way we stop at the HighLine bridge at Ehrenberg Austria before making our way to Neuschwanstein Castle for our guided tour. That afternoon we end the day with a brewery tour and samples at the famous Schwangau Brauhaus. We then leisurely make our way back to the hotel.
- Sept. 29th: Transportation to Munich with Evening Oktoberfest Table
- We meet in the lobby at 10:00 a.m. for our chauffeured transportation to Munich for hotel check in followed by a Munich walking tour before our evening table at the Oktoberfest.
- While at the Oktoberfest you will get to experience the excitement of a reserved table at a major tent where all the beer you can drink is included as well as your choice of menu item for dinner. Once our table reservation is over we make our way back to the hotel in Munich or keep the party going in downtown.
- We meet in the lobby at 10:00 a.m. for our chauffeured transportation to Munich for hotel check in followed by a Munich walking tour before our evening table at the Oktoberfest.
- Sept. 30th: Free Day
- A well deserved day of rest with options and local tours available.
- Oct, 1st: Afternoon Table at Oktoberfest
- We spend the morning at either Dachau Memorial or Downtown Munich before heading back into the Oktoberfest one last time for a reserved table, food, and drinks.
- Oct. 2nd: Bye Bye
- We help organize a shuttle either using the Lufthansa shuttle or private transportation for your return trip home.
