We only take small groups to the Oktoberfest. It is our favorite party and we want to make sure you have the best possible time. So, like all our multi-day trips, we limit the number of people to 6 per group. Through our Oktoberfest travel package, you’ll spend three days free of frustrations with reserved seating, meals, and beers. We will celebrate at the top tents, day and night! Traditional Bavarian music, carnival rides, delicious food, liters of beer, and lifelong memories are all guaranteed!
During the excitement of the Oktoberfest we will discover Neuschwanstein Castle, local breweries, and the beauty of the Alps. We promise there is no better way to experience Oktoberfest!
Below is our suggested itinerary that will be implemented for 2027. This itinerary can change due to unforeseen circumstances. We do not provide air travel.
Our Itinerary:
- September 26th, 2027: Arrival and pickup
- Pickup at the Munich Airport
- We have 7 person shuttle waiting with reclining seats so you can recoup and relax as you travel the hour and a half journey from the airport to your accommodation in Garmisch-Partenkirchen Germany.
- Rest and orientation
- After dropping off the luggage at the hotel we make our way into town for a short sight-seeing tour and first Bavarian beer and shopping for Lederhosen and Dirndl’s.
- We then check in to our rooms before dinner in house at the hotel with a selection of wine.
- Pickup at the Munich Airport
- Sept. 27th: Neuschwanstein Castle Day Tour
- 8:30 a.m. we meet in the lobby of the hotel for our transportation to Neuschwanstein Castle for our advanced entry and tour. Afterwards we have lunch at a local brewery before going to Oberammergau village for trachten shopping and sight-seeing.
- Sept. 28th: First Day at the Oktoberfest
- Meet in the hotel lobby at 9:30 a.m. for departure to Munich by train. While on the train enjoy the rich history and stunning view of the Alps as we make our way to Bavaria’s best beer festival. We then have a reserved table at a major tent at the Oktoberfest with tour of the grounds. While there you worry about nothing as we take care of ordering, tipping, and more. You simply enjoy all the beer you can finish, choice of menu item for lunch, and a souvenir pin from the tent. Once our reservation is over we make our way back to the hotel by train with a beer in hand.
- Sept. 29th: Free Day
- A well deserved day of rest with options and local tours available
- Sept. 30th: Transportation to Munich with Evening Oktoberfest Table
- We meet in the lobby at 10:00 a.m. for our chauffeured transportation to Munich with a stop at Andechs Monastery and the Ammer Lake before heading into Munich for luggage drop off and journey back to the Oktoberfest for our evening table.
- While at the Oktoberfest you will get to experience the excitement of a reserved table at a major tent where all the beer you can drink is included as well as your choice of menu item for dinner. Once our table reservation is over we make our way back to the hotel in Munich or keep the party going in downtown.
- We meet in the lobby at 10:00 a.m. for our chauffeured transportation to Munich with a stop at Andechs Monastery and the Ammer Lake before heading into Munich for luggage drop off and journey back to the Oktoberfest for our evening table.
- Oct. 1st:
- Our last day of the trip we spend wandering the beer gardens of Munich checking out the World War II history and specialities of Munich. Then, it’s our good-bye dinner downtown before making sure everyone is ready for their journey to the airport the next day.
- Oct. 2nd: Bye Bye
- We organize an Uber shuttle for you to head back to the airport.
