Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel a course if we do not meet the minimum booking requirement of six participants. In the event we cancel a course, you will have the following options:
- Reschedule: You may reschedule your booking to another available course date.
- Private Course: You can book the course as a private session, with an additional fee.
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for your booking in the event of a cancelation.
You will be contacted by email at least 24 hours before the course to confirm if the minimum booking requirement has been met.
Cancellation by Customer
- Full Refund: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your booking at least 8 hours before the scheduled course start time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the course are not eligible for a refund. However, you can reschedule your booking for a future date.
- No-Shows: If you do not attend the course and do not notify us in advance, you are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
